Motorolla Xoom

The new Motorola Xoom, to be the iPad's closest rival, will be sold in the UK at The Carphone Warehouse, Currys and PC World. Currys and PC World will be selling the WiFi-only version of the Xoom, and The Carphone Warehouse will be the place to go if you’re looking for the 3G and WiFi model. 


The UK release date is yet to be confirmed, but is expected to be in April or May. Prices in the US are very high in comparison to the iPad, about $799, hopefully they come down in the UK by the time it's on sale because this could be a real contender!
